It was clean, staff was attentive. The location was perfect, because the train station was based close to the hotel. I was surprised at nearby Fabrica da Nata, they had some goodies, drinks. Cheap restaurant served international specialities.
Definitely, there was lift missing.

The breakfasts are amazing with variety of options. The hotel is in a magnificent location in the heart of the city. A restaurant is about 100 metres from here.

The location was amazing, at a walking distance from Rossio Square. Btw, went to city centre, located at a walking distance from the hotel.

Everything met every demand, I would want to stay there again. The room was exceptionally clean and featured central heating, an electronic key card and a TV with satellite channels. The location was good and perfect, relatively near Rossio Square.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

excellent modern hotel, i truly enjoyed its central location so close to the center, the train to sintra and lisbon downtown. the employees were really helpful and professional all the time. the breakfast was marvellous, with local dishes. the whole experience was really really nice, no complaints, recommend.
Even though everything was fine, some of the staff were awful.

We stayed in the double room that was cosy and with really comfy bed. Really kind staff, such wonderful stay. Very central location, within walking distance of convento carmo. Friendly reception.

All in all our stay was very nice, no complaints. The hotel was fairly clean, and we liked a brilliant location. In short, the room was normal, comfortable bed, a great size bathroom. Modest restaurant provided international dishes. The service was HELPFUL too.
